1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Nodelulu ("the Service"), including by clicking any button to submit content for analysis, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Nodelulu is an AI-powered document analysis tool that uses multiple large language models and web search to identify potential inaccuracies, hallucinations, and concerns in text documents. The Service provides analysis results for informational purposes only.

3. No Guarantees of Accuracy

The analysis provided by Nodelulu is generated by AI models and web search APIs. While we strive for thoroughness, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any analysis result. The Service may produce false positives (flagging correct information) or false negatives (missing actual errors). You should independently verify any important claims.

4. Acceptable Use & Content Moderation

You agree not to submit content that:

• Contains, promotes, or facilitates child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Provides instructions for creating weapons, explosives, or dangerous substances
• Contains personally identifiable information (PII) submitted for the purpose of harassment or doxxing
• Attempts to manipulate, inject prompts into, or exploit the AI analysis pipeline
• Is spam, bot-generated bulk content, or submitted via automated scripts or tools without prior written consent
• Violates any applicable law or regulation

Automated screening: Nodelulu applies automated content moderation before processing. Submissions that match prohibited content patterns are rejected immediately and are not forwarded to any AI provider. This screening is deliberately narrow to avoid false positives — we block content that violates AI provider Terms of Service, not content that is merely controversial, sensitive, or uncomfortable. Nodelulu is a verification tool, not a content censor.

Rate limiting: To prevent abuse and manage costs, the Service imposes per-user rate limits. Exceeding these limits will result in temporary throttling. Circumventing rate limits (e.g., via IP rotation) is a violation of these Terms.

Abuse & enforcement: We reserve the right to block, throttle, or permanently ban any user or IP address that we reasonably believe is abusing the Service, including but not limited to automated scraping, prompt injection attacks, systematic rate-limit evasion, or submission of prohibited content. Such action may be taken without prior notice.

5. Confidential & Sensitive Content

You are solely responsible for the content you submit. NoDelulu processes your text by sending it to third-party AI providers and search APIs. By submitting text, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the right to submit the content and have it processed by third-party AI services
• The content does not contain trade secrets, proprietary business information, or confidential material that you are not authorised to share with third parties
• The content does not contain sensitive personal data of other individuals (such as health records, financial details, or government identification numbers) without their consent
• You have complied with any applicable workplace, employer, or contractual obligations regarding the sharing of information with external services

Nodelulu is not responsible for any consequences arising from your submission of confidential, proprietary, or unauthorised content. If you are unsure whether you are permitted to submit certain content, do not submit it.

6. Methodology & Limitations

NoDelulu uses premium frontier AI models in a sequential adversarial configuration. Your text is analysed by independent models — the first sweeps for issues, the second reviews and challenges those findings. Factual claims are then independently verified against live web evidence.

Key limitations you should understand:

• AI models may produce false positives (flagging correct information) or false negatives (missing actual errors)
• Web grounding relies on publicly indexed information — claims about private, proprietary, or very recent events may not be verifiable
• Opinion-based, logical, and structural findings cannot be web-verified and are based solely on model judgement
• Results should be treated as a starting point for your own verification, not as definitive truth

7. AI Provider Availability

The Service depends on third-party AI providers and search APIs. These providers may experience downtime, rate limiting, or service disruptions outside our control. When a model provider is temporarily unavailable, the Service will continue with the remaining available models and clearly indicate reduced confidence in the results. Nodelulu is not responsible for the availability, performance, or accuracy of third-party AI providers.

8. Data Processing

Text you submit is processed by third-party AI providers and search APIs. By using the Service, you consent to this processing. We do not permanently store your submitted text — analysis is performed in-memory and results are cached briefly for performance before being discarded. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

9. Pricing and Payment

Nodelulu offers a limited number of free analyses. Additional reports are available for purchase at the price displayed in the application. Prices may change with notice. All purchases are final — no refunds are available for completed analyses.

10. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all text you submit to the Service. The analysis results generated by the Service are provided for your use. Nodelulu retains all rights to the Service itself, including its design, code, algorithms, and branding.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nodelulu and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) content you submit to the Service; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your reliance on analysis results for any purpose.

12. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL NODELULU BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON ANALYSIS RESULTS, DECISIONS MADE BASED ON ANALYSIS OUTPUT, OR THIRD-PARTY PROVIDER FAILURES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. International Use

The Service is operated from the United Kingdom and is available internationally. By using the Service from outside the UK, you consent to the transfer of your submitted text to servers and AI providers located in various jurisdictions. You are responsible for compliance with your local laws regarding the use of AI analysis tools. The Service is not directed at individuals under the age of 16.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will update the "Last updated" date when terms change.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
